Do I need a credit card to trial?

No. The 7-day trial doesn't ask for a card. If you decide it's not for you, you walk away — no need to remember to cancel anything.

What's the difference between Individual and Team?

Individual (US$25/seat) gets you the full call scoring, CRM, trips, and on-the-go capture — designed for a rep coaching themselves.

Team (US$32/seat) adds the manager layer: leaderboards, per-rep KPI trends, shared pipeline, and coaching notes you can leave on specific call moments. The premium per seat is the cost of the manager features — not a volume penalty.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Start on Individual and bump up to Team once you've added a second user. Or downgrade if your team shrinks. Pro-rated automatically.

Are there any setup fees, platform fees, or contracts?

No. The seat price is the only price. No onboarding fees, no annual minimums, no per-call charges. Month-to-month unless you choose annual (which saves 20%).

How does the trial work?

Sign up with an email, upload or record a call, get a score within minutes. You have 7 days to do whatever you want with the product. After that you pick a plan or walk away.

What about teams larger than 20?

The Team plan caps at 20 seats. If you're bigger than that, get in touch and we'll figure something out that makes sense for your shape.

Does call scoring work on phone calls? Zoom? In-person meetings?

All three. Upload a recording, paste a transcript, or use the in-app voice capture for face-to-face meetings. Scoring runs the same way regardless of source.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Export everything before you go. Calls, transcripts, deals, contacts, tasks — all available as CSV / JSON. After cancellation we delete your data within 30 days.
