Is there really no platform fee? ▾
Correct. Gong charges $5,000 to $50,000 just to get started, before a single user seat. DebriefSales has no platform fee, no setup fee, and no onboarding cost. You sign up and start your trial immediately.
What happens after the 7-day trial? ▾
You will be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you choose not to, your account is paused and your data is retained for 30 days so you can come back. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I switch between Individual and Team? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade from Individual to Team at any time and invite your colleagues. The difference is prorated automatically through Stripe. Downgrading is also possible at the end of your billing cycle.
How does annual billing work? ▾
Annual billing gives you 20% off — Individual drops to $39 AUD/mo, Team drops to $31 AUD/user/mo. You are billed for the full year upfront. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
What counts as a user? ▾
Any person with an active account seat — reps, managers, and admins all count. There is currently one plan tier that covers all roles. Viewer-only seats (manager-only access with no call logging) are on the roadmap.
Is my call transcript data private? ▾
Yes. Your data is never used to train AI models. All transcripts are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). You can delete all your data at any time from within the app settings.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if DebriefSales is not right for you. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
